Verify PayPal

    I need someone who can help me verify my PayPal, using any means. I have over $55 from various freelancing jobs but I can't send or use a cent! :(
    Price is negotiable, though I won't be able to pay much more than seven to ten dollars...
    I will pay you once my PP is verified.

    if you sign up with an us account you need an us bank account lol may be if you ask to a familiar in the us...
    if dont then you lose your money
    check this link https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside
    if you country is one of the 113 in the "Send Money to Anyone in the Growing PayPal Network" section then you only can send money no receive!

    edited: and you cant send money from an usa account if your ip is not an usa ip

    .... yea for us paypal sucks

    add a bank account to ur paypal

    and verify it using a credit card, dont use VCC to verify ur paypal
