Verify Paypal Without Credit Card -Trick

    I have just done this and its successful

    I dont have creditcard but my brother has

    I make virtual credit card with my name in netsafe verified account

    i verify it with paypal and i shock its done

    really amazing

    Nice, but it is a very old method and a lot of people use VCC to verify PP account :)
