Verify Paypal with VCC, isIit Safe?

    I don't have a credit card. Is it safe to verify Paypal account with VCC (Virtual Credit Card)?

    Stay away from VCC as maybe you'll have to face any unwanted problem in future due to that IMO.

    Do a search on being banned because of the use of VCC and you will know it is wise to keep away from them.
