Verify PayPal with International Debit Card in China

Hello,I need registration PayPal account(verified PP account)in China,I dont have credit card ,which China bank are from and which International Debit Card are from can to be used it?

yes i living in CHINA and i will guide you how about bank you need open... bank name is CHINA TRUST COMMER CIAL BANK. use. bank's debit card can withdraw ATM on 190 country. and it can verify paypal and withdraw paypal money in 5-7 business days .thanks if you need any helpfull. pls contact me.

 

Debit Cards cannot be used to verify Paypal unless they are denominated in US $

you need a Credit Card (Visa, master Card, AMEX) of any bank and it should verify your paypal account.

 

If Debit Card be Visa/MC logo in USD?Debit Card must to be from China Bank(answer from P.P.)

 

To withdraw use one of tyhis method after you verified.

1. Apply for USBC USA based debit card
2. Get e*trade.. cross your fingers though
3. Get VMI card, it will work as long as there is banks accepting cirrus/maestro in your country.. PM me if you want to get one.. i can give you the id of the guy who sold to me..
