    If you use VCC then it can be verify but its will not verify for permanent .
    VCC mostly use for verify PayPal for 1 or 2 weeks .

    We has company account In UK Paypal Too.Its like USA Paypal.You must added UK bank account then VCC/CC card.But must need bank 1st to verify paypal.

    Here is not alternative now open VBA UK.You need go UK and go any beach HSBC/Barclays and open account.

    What will you do with this kinda PayPal account ? We know Pakistanis are desperate in this regard but buying a PayPal account is not a good option, You will not be able to withdraw that money.
