Verify PayPal accout by Virtual Credit Card

    I have a PayPal account, it is unverified, and this did not represented a problem for me. I have money in it since years ago, I had been paid for various things and I can pay others too.
    But now I want to go online shopping and I need to get my account verified. How to verify a PayPal account? The most common way by adding a credit card. Or adding both credit card and bank accout if you live in USA, Canada, UK or Australia. But due of personal reasons, I can't have these.
    I live in ROMANIA. I know that is possible to verify PayPal also by adding virtual credit cards. Some websites says that any Paypal account, regards of the country or the owner name, can get verified at cost of several dollars, they give you:
    - 16 Digit Virtual Credit Card Number
    - 3 Digit CVV2/CVC2 Code Number
    - Expiry Date (**/****) mm/yyyy

    My question is if I buy the VCC and I will get these data, it will be accepted by PayPal?
    Also what will happen with PayPal account when the credit card (real or virtual) will expire?

    you can yse VCC to verify your paypal..Your PayPal account will still be verified even after the CC/VCC has expired.

    You can verify your PP account with a vcc. It works.

    If it expires your account will still be verififed. Sometimes vcc's work and sometimes they dont, it just depends. Ive had both scenarios.

    VCCs that have been hard abused by peoples around the globe to trick the Paypal system, have been caught by Paypal and now they don't work Anymore.

    You can verified you Paypal without CC, why use VCC? :-?

    You can also verify with prepaid card like Payoneer Card. Be sure your card is globally online accepted and has about $5 balance.

    Vcc is used to pay bills when you do not have enough funds in paypal.

    Hey,

    If you have an active Payoneer card that has an available card balance, PayPal allows you to verify an account using a MasterCard. The Payoneer card is a debit MasterCard card.
