verify paypal account without bankaccount

    i saw this site that look like sell bankaccounts for verifying paypal account but it is only for US citizens. i don't live in the US nor in europe and i need a way to verify my paypal account without bank account or atleast without open it physicaly

    Yes you can easily verify your account without bank , you can use vcc for verify
