Verify my USA PayPal with a Virtual Credit Card?

    Hello,

I have a USA PayPal account which is unverified, with a $0.00 spending limit.

Regardless, I have ~$200 in there and would like to spend it.

I called PayPal customer service and they said if I added a credit card to the account, I would have my spending limit increased so I could send that money.

I currently deal with all my transactions in cash (I don't know if I should be revealing that information online, but I trust you guys and would like your help) so I do not have a credit card or a bank account.

After doing some research, I found out about people verifying their PayPal accounts successfully with Virtual Credit Cards, vendored to them by other online users.

So I have two questions about this process:

Do Virtual Credit Cards pass the automatic verification issues by PayPal so I can have my account verified by means of "Credit Card Verified" instantly?

Where can I get a Virtual Credit Card capable of being used to successfully verify my account, at the cheapest price possible?

    Thank you

Hey. I'm also a US Paypal member. I have a verified business account. From my experience, I just verified my Paypal with a bank account. It has it's advantages and disadvantages, like waiting for funds to transfer. But you can deposit into your bank account as well. Adding a credit/debit card will only raise your sending limit, which I think it will go to $2000 spending limit per month. To verify, you can add a bank account. Or, you can have a credit card and your social security number added. I wouldn't reccomend this because I try to give out as little information as possible to big companies, but that will also verify you. Good luck

Adding a VCC does not verify the account, but it does increase the spending limit up to $2000.

The thread is resolved, it can be locked if required.

You need two things to make your paypal possible for send money :
    1. Bank US for verify
    2. CC to confirm your address ( gift card or vcc possible )

Yeah, by using VCC you have a big risk of being unabled to reactivate your account in case it gets freezed. VCCs still verify Paypal accounts from other countries but not US, Canada and some others.
