Hey people, im sorry if this is in the wrong thread, but please move if so as i couldnt find another one it could fit in, thanks

Now i went on passport.net and created a new email but i only wanted to use it for my MSN Messenger you see and now it worked, but i need to verify it now as i cant change my main name what says ~ (Email Address Not Verifed)

And i click on file at the top then verify my account and a internet window comes up and tells me that to verify my account, it needs to send a email to my hotmail address to confirm the account, so i click continue then send message and i log in to hotmail and its not come, i have tried this about 4 times now and left it for ages and still nothing has come

Anyone now any reasons and its the right email address

    Cheers

MSN allows people to use their existing emails to sign up for Windows Live Services.

    To verify your email.
    1) Click on File and click Verify my email or something similar in messenger.
    2) Open the inbox for .
    3) Verify your email with the link in the verification email that will be sent to your account.

    Enjoy!

When you've created on your site, then shouldn't be a problem for you to go to its inbox :S.

have you checked the spam folder?

on your site you should still have an inbox for that emails account, if it was sent to that accounts spam folder, then it will not be redirected to your hotmail account..

are you getting any mail from hotmail on that account? i mean on the domain, sometimes people ban domains from sending email, and my cms had a bug and never sent mail to hotmail accounts.
