    You know VCC's to verify you're Account right they only remove the some limits. You'll still be unverified.

    No, VCC will remove full limit, because after confirming it, you will get fully limit removed.

    I think with vcc all the linits will remove.So just try vcc and post the result also.

    Yes you can verify your account VCC.But in my point of view you should use CC for that.

    That is not true in every country. For US accounts you have to add a bank account.

    Yes you can use VCC without tension.With VCC you can verify your paypal account.
