Really shit quality post. If you want to start a service you should make a service thread. (title, colors, description etc) Now are you just selling verified paypals? Are you selling hacked accounts? ... Are you making are accounts verified? Are you useing a Vcc or VBA? (Virtual credit card and/or Virtual bank account) just to clear this up if you are doing any one of these which by the sounds of your thread it looks like you are... They are all illegal in one way or another. You will get caught by Paypal and they will limit and/or close you account depending on your situation and location.
