Verified Ebay - Need Help

    I want to verify my American Ebay. I am hopefully looking for a online american telephone number. Or a verified Paypal.

    Is there any websites which let me have a phone number? Can I use Skype?

    Also, is there any Prepaid Credit Cards out there?

    If you aren't an American, you can't have an American eBay account... I don't understand the mindset at all. Whats the point? Why break the rules?

    with skype you should be able to get a phone number no problem. I think you need skype-in.
