Verified by visa

I am not eligible for a credit card as I am a student.
But I hold an international debit card from UTI Bank(VISA, not Visa electron).
I can't seem to use the debit card on any online sites.

Recently, the bank introduced something called "verified by visa". I signed up and they issued me a username and a password. They told me with that service I could use the debit card online.

But after much searching, I could not find any sites which deals in domain names and hosting(these are the services I would buy) which has a "verified by visa" payment option.

Does any one know of any good Hosts/registrars which has that payment option.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Look for a hosting company or domain name brocker that is using WorldPay, they offer Verified By Visa and Mastercard Secure Code which will enable you to use your debit card if that is what the bank say.

I never used em but I guess you can use a VCC for this purpose or maybe you can try getting a CC on your parent's name. You can also use Paypal to buy these services :) :)
