Since the last year or so I have been using the Netsafe Verified by Visa card to transfer funds to my Paypal account, and it was working absolutely fine. As of tonight, The virtual card that I generate to transfer funds from my debit card is being declined by Paypal. Has anybody else had this problem recently, and if so is there a solution?
    Thanks :)

Nevermind.. issue sorted out. It was a HDFC Bank net portal problem. It was not updating the right virtual card number generated. Weird. But thankfully its been sorted out.

@ cashisfilthitakecheck: Its easy to verify the netsafe card. Just check your transaction log, you'll have the verification number there to use in Paypal.
