Verification problem

I have 2 paypal accounts say

    p1 and p2

p1 was verified using my credit card. I made p2 and tried to verify it with the same CC but paypal refused. I removed the CC details from p1. Tried again to verify p2 with that CC but again it is refusing. Even p1 is not getting verified now.

p2 asks me to contact paypal and p1 says that I must have amex, mastercard or discover card to verify.

Does paypal not allow visa cards for verification, I have SBI credit card. I want to verify my p2 account urgently.

Are there any other methods to verify paypal. I am in India.

    Thanks in advance

You can only link a specific credit card to each paypal account you have. So if you have two accounts (eg a Personal and a Business Account), you will need two credit cards.

Using the same credit card for the two accounts may be your undoing as they may assume that the card was stolen and used for the other account. You should not have removed the credit card from p1. Try putting that back in.

I do hope that both the two accounts are not identical type, as you can only have one Personal Account and 1 Premier/Business account.

Write to Paypal and explain the situation.

    Thanks Eddy,

I did that already but they are not responding... As I am India so calling them is something out of my reach. They are always on answering machine...

Could you or anyone suggest some other method of verifying my paypal account?

Get another international credit card. The best would be a US-bank or Foreign banks operating in India. You probably need two new cards now. Try not to remove any credit cards which have been verified.
