Verification of PAYPAL account

    I want to apply for a HDFC savings account. Which debit/credit card should I apply for. I want to get my PAYPAL account verified through it and to be able to fund my PAYPAL account using it.

    Theoretically most VISA debit/cards of most major banks can be used but that is not actually the case. Those who have actually done this are welcome to answer this thread.

    apply for the hdfc bank international debit card .... which offers easy shop services ...........

    Can I use the HDFC international VISA debit card directly for verification or do I have to use the Netsafe/VCC service.

    With VCC, I believe that if PAYPAL wishes to verify my personal details, VCC would not be agood option????????

    You can not use any Indian debit card to verify PayPal. Because indian debit cards can not authorize online transactions. You need to have credit card. You can use HDFC netsafe to verify paypal.
