Verification of Pay Pal with virtual account

    Hi,
    I have austrian pay pal but don't live there no more. I now need to verify account, but have no more austrian ID. I found service of http://vccorder.com which will give me virtual account which I can use for another 24 hours to verify my PP account. It seems ok, but does anybody knows if this is a practice Pay Pall allows. They also said I must verify account from austrian IP what I can do.

    you don;t need that,.. as long as you have VCC you can use from any IP,..

    if you access your paypal not from Aus you account will get limited because paypal have good security for this
    if you live not on Aus now i think you can create new Account from your country now you live

    i think its ok to access the account from other coutries as long as your computer still has the flash cookies saved from previous log-ins. this will comfirm to paypal that it is your account and that it has not been stolen.
