verification for indian paypal accounts by VCC ????

    anyone can get a credit card against a deposit.

    you just need to submit identity proof and address proof.

    I had one till a few weeks back, but canceled it.

    I have tried to verified my PayPal account with ICICI Credit Card 7 months ago, but they don't accepting it.

    So, don't lost your money for ICICI Credit Card.

    My paypal account was verified using an ICICI credit card.

    Many other webmasters that I know, have also used ICICI's cards to verify their accounts.
