Anyone know anything about the Free Click Fraud Service Vericlix?

I've read that they are industry sponsored but by who?

Also, is a PHP redirect required in order to facilitate tracking? This was an issue with another inexpensive package that we used before. All PPC destination URLs had to be changed to reference specific PHP instead of our actual landing pages. Visitors were redirected to the appropriate landing pages almost instantly (immediately after click data was tracked), but it appeared as if Google’s PPC bots were having trouble identifying the landing page and its associated content.

Are they worth testing out? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I am familiar with Vericlix. No, redirects are not used, just URL tagging. For free, of course it's worth testing!

there usually is a catch when something is free. Like what are they doing with the data they are collecting? They now will have information on the keywords you use, etc.

I created VeriClix and you can find our Provacy Policy here: http://www.vericlix.com/privacy-policy.asp.

As indicatated, we do not share client data with any 3rd party. There is no catch as I have secured hosting that allows the service to run with little overhead.

Thanks, Jeff. We are just trying to be very careful about where our data goes to. I'm sure you get these concerns all the time.
