Verfiy paypal a/c

Hi, can anybody help me? I have a UK bank account, but do not have any card. I need a VCC to verify my paypal. Do you think it will work? I heard from somebody VCC does not work in verification UK-paypal. How do you think? If it works, how much the preloaded amount do you suggest? Kindly suggest me. I also need for eBay registration. Thanks in advance.

 

As far as I know, there is no way to use VCC to verify paypal US,UK,CA ... account

 

I think you can use your bank account to get verified if you are in US, UK and Canada . Write to paypal for confirming this from your account login, directly you can get debited some amount and become verified

where can you apply for a VCC account. In my case I use a debit card that I have applied online in my country. It is Unionbank EON card but they stopped their online application today.

 

It's risky to use VCC. I do sell VCC (AVS type - The one can verify address) but I highly recommend you NOT to use that if you dont want to face high risk that you account my be limited and asked for card reports.

My honest recommendation: If you can create an account under your own information, just do it. You can ask Paypal to close your old account because of the mistake. I dont think Paypal wont help you.
