    buy using a new debit card issued by PNB bank or by using a vcc that u can buy online for jst 10$ or less try google to find a seller

    Just use it exactly as Credit card. I verified my Paypal account using my Debit card.

    You can find the 3 digits security code on the back of your debit card.

    Which country you are from?
    if you dont have credit card or Debit card, Virtual Credit Card (VCC) is the last option for you though it is risky to use and many of us including me are using VCC :(

    Its not that hard,I recommend using a VISA card
    Just enter card number and last 3/4 digits on the back and you're done
    After that ask for a statement, you'll find a 4 digits code by paypal which you'll need to enter on paypal site

    I wd not suggest u to use a VCC , if paypal asks for verification , u will be not in position to verify it. so better go for a icici zero balance a/c n use its online card or CC to verify it.
