i had started using paypal without knowing anything abt it, so i used a random name while registering. now it was limited and i was asked to provide credit card details. i tried using VCC of HDFC Netsafe but it is accepting. after entering credit card details it just shows account is limited in the top and is not continuing! what should i do? is there any way i can remove the limitation?

btw i only 30$ in it as am using another account with my real name and i verified it using Netsafe without any problem :D

if there are funds on your account, you will need to contact paypal support representatives, explain the case, they will probable require some additional information and i suppose they would settle the issue.

If there are no funds on your account, just create a new one with real correct info, but don't forget to rempve your cc info on the old account as the system would not allow you to add it in a new account informing that such cc card is already registered in the system

If you keep attempting to add the card they ring you, so if you do that and then get them to verify it im sure you can get somewere with it.

Well, if PayPal only asked for CC details and you have added it in form of VCC then your Limitation would be removed probably. :)
You only need to call them once.
