    Need funds for other projects, offloading some of my portfolio.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    None, all content is already written (unique) - you could invest to do some more work but it's not needed. It's a niche website that I was ranking for Venus Flytrap Facts, stopped working on it and it's lost its rank.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
