I had a couple affiliate links to shops in my niche. They manage their own affiliate programs. Anyhow the first order was a forum member who ordered something worth $100...well and fine..I was offline for a week..now I come back, their site is down and I get a PM fromthe member that they were down and had no record of anything! So she didn't get her stuff...they are still down, no emails or anything. I have never had this happen to me. They used to be agood well known shop in the niche. Is there anyhting I can do? I mean, my site is an authority site..I did post in the forums that we no longer recommend them and so on...I was thinking of actually writing this up and posting in the main section.. (would that be something to do? or would I get in legal troubles for saying their site sucks? and I'd easily outrank them for their name...)
