My only problem w/ eating meat is how inhumanely the animals are treated. They're not even seen as living creatures.

Behold the dawn of the biomachines!!!!!

    Which leads to another question,

If not for the medical dangers, would people eat human being's meat? These human beings would be produced in a human factory farm & the babies would be slaughtered in a few months after they are born.

Sounds sick doesn't it? It is. And this might actually have been a reality if there was a species of life intellectually superior to human beings.

Only if I'm at someone's house and they serve it. I eat as little meat as possible (once or twice a week).

I do eat a lot of fish though. :D

then you should live in europe for 3 months or so. this way you probably also experience 1 or 2 meat scandals: meat sold in restaurants or supermarkets with an official "best before 2002" date ("its still not green, so it cant be that bad. just replace that best-before sticker...") or just another animal disease and still pay 2-4x for meat than in us

its just safer to not eat meat.

That's why I don't make a big deal out of it. People that try to push their personal beliefs on other people annoy me.

Yeah, I have seen that and worse as well, cows, pigs, and goats, etc. I think a trip to the slaughterhouse will help many people gain an insight into what's really going on.
