I am a vegetarian for about a week now, hard to find alternative foods sometimes, have to go without a meal. I am feeling a little healthier, and a lot hungrier
where do you live? i have no problem at all finding alternative food. Do you have a trader joe or wholefood near you?
Yeah, its just a matter of the fact I have no transportation to buy it, and also I eat out with the family a lot and restaurants dont offer the best non-meat options. Even most of the salads have all kinds of meat in them :\
