    I'm selling this site which is only a few weeks old but already ranking #4/#5 for the main keyword "vegetarian soups" which gets 1,600 monthly searches and has a $1 CPC on adwords. All the content on the blog is unique.

    Although the traffic for the site is only about 5 visits/day right now once the site ages a bit and you promote it a bit more it should do well once you get it to #1, but most of the work has already been done for you.

    The domain is at GoDaddy for an easy push.
