More of the dishes are comprised of vegetable ingredients so more vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients which in turn makes you healthier. But abit of meat is good for you too, you need b12 etc and their arent many if any decent vegan sources.

Non vegetarian, i love meat its awesome. Although my dad turned into a vegetarian to lose wait so i always talk about how nice meat is infront of him.
