Vector Graphics

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I believe it is the most appropriate category for this question.

If I have a logo or some picture that does not use vector graphics; how long and how much would it cost to convert it to vector graphics? Actually, can this even be done? Sorry if this question doesn't make sense, but I am not very familiar with certain design terminology etc.

well, u can do a live trace, or do a manual trace of the image

For Getting someone to turn a PSD into A Vector, it depends on the complicity of it. SHow me an example, i could probably do it for you if its not too complicated

On the second page, see the designs, especially from nightvision or speno.

If they cannot provide me with vector graphics, then I'm sure later I will want to have the logos converted.

 

hmmm, nightvisions would be hard to do, but i could do spenos fairly easily, if i know what font he used
