VCC with US / Canadian Billing Address

    Hi,

    There is a service I want to subscribe but it requires me to have a credit card with correct US / Canadian billing address. It is impossible for me to get such credit card since I do not have any bank account there, and it seems to me that VCC is a good solution.

    Is there any VCC service with US / Canadian Billing Address provided?
