    I'm looking to make a purchase on a US website, but being Canadian, my billing address is not accepted. Just wondering what is the most convenient way to purchase a VCC with a US billing address so that I can make purchases?

    if you make purchases with US billing address product also send on that address as same
    or its digital product you can try ICICI debit virtual and credit card its working on paypal as weel

    Is there a Canadian or US alternative for a virtual credit card with a US billing address specifically? The product I'm trying to buy online is asking for a US zip code, and I only have a Canadian one for my person credit card.

    Are you trying to purchase a digital content or physical goods? There's actually a trick to most cart systems online. You can actually use your own CC info and just use a US address and Zip code. Google is your friend. :)
