VCC Verified Acct. Can Withdraw To Local Bank?

    I used VCC to verify my PP account. I verified 10 months back. Made about 14 payouts so far. Never had problem with that.

    Thanks for the reply guys.Got another question.
    What is the right way to replace the vcc info in my paypal with my debit card.I need to change the address too.I'm confuse because someone says make sure to remove VCC info first but someone else say otherwise.What is the right way guys?
