VCC selling here at DP - Legal Or not?

The title says all.. I was searching for the vcc term here at DP and I saw some buying threads.. I was wondering if its legal to sell here?

 

It’s not allowed, creating, buying or selling accounts is against DP rules.

"Not allowed: no user accounts of any kind can be bought, sold or traded (including, but not limited to, myspace, rapidshare, ebay, gmail, hotmail, etc.). This includes any services that promote the creation or sale of accounts in any forums, social networking sites, or anything else that involves the transfer of personal registration." you can read more here

Buying/Selling of VCC is not allowed here. If you have seen the threads doing so, you would do well to report them!

Very strict rules dude ... ..you can do these things at yahoo or other IM ..
