    How do you become a reseller of VCC's

    As i see a lot of people and would like to get in the action my self

    You basically need connections and know others who sell VCC's.

    Most of the people selling VCCs are from India and Indian Banks allowed to have Netsafe cards which means an account holder can create virtual credit cards with any amount of his/her desire.

    I think Germans can also have banks that can generate VCC's

    two indian banks that allowed to have virtual credit card is hdfc bank and kotak bank
