VCC Problem :(

i bought a vcc from a guy here on dp.
he sold me for $4.
but that vcc isnt working.
every time i click on get number button to complete expanded use . it gives following error:

We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card.

I know paypal require $2 balance on vcc to verify account, but i think that vcc was empty thats why it is giving errors
please help me solve this problem

 

if it is mastercard vcc then it won't work with paypal verification and even shopping................

This error comes when the VCC is not made for paypal
it may be a ebay or adwords vcc

 

These problem comes in two conditions
1. VCC is already used
2. Loaded with unsuffeciant fund
Tell your seller in which country you are using VCC . I am VCC seller too I have noticed that paypal charge varies from country to country

 

its visa vcc , and i have already sent pm to seller, he isnt replying

 

he has one thread for vcc, he dont even have 100 posts. just 8 itraders.
i needed vcc urgently so i bought from him
In his threads , members are complaining about same problem..

 

If its not 1 month since u hav added/purchased the vcc , u shud by pass!!!
Otherwise u need to contact seller and pay him again for a fresh and new vcc.
There is nothing selller can do if the vcc is dead.

I suppose the card is now dead or it doesnot have sufficient funds.

 

many vccs those guys sell only can be used in 24 hours!

 

yes, and can be charged only one-time!

 

i did use it within 24 hours
and he has 3 negative itraders about same cannot verify card problem.
anyway, when i opened a dispute in paypal , he left me a negative itrader saying i am doing chargeback what kind of noob is he? if he is not replying my pms, then obviously i had to do chargeback..

 

Mastercard VCC's are working for paypal verification.

Ask your seller to replace the card.


LE: When it comes to your personal money you should be more careful and deal only with reputable members.

 

seller scammed me, took my money, gave me dead card. and is not refunding my money.
his username is geetpal.
dont deal with him if u dont want to be scammed..

 

There is so many reputed VCC sellers,u should have purchased from them,never deal with noobs again.
