As a first step, the user needs sufficient cash in his Bancore account. If required, cash can be added via a voucher purchased from a retailer, via a transfer from a friend/family member, or online using an existing VISA/MasterCard or bank account - see the SMS example below, where a person uploads funds and buys a $25 MasterCard card. The user can now purchase online, using his virtual MasterCard number at any shop accepting MasterCard payments (note that some online merchants have limitations regarding the MasterCard card they will accept, e.g. the card has to be issued locally, or they only accept cards where a KYC registration has taken place).

VCC doesn't work these days. In fact, PayPal started approving bank account as a mode of confirmation.

 

my paypal get limited today for use entropay card

 

wow, i just heard the news. i have used vcc two times and it's okay. i will try using bank account as a mode of confirmation.

 

PayPal does allow the use of VCC but I think the trick of not getting your account limited is use a VCC with a higher amount, maybe $20 so that after the verification process, you can still use the VCC to make a few purchase via PayPal. Again always go for VCC providers that will allow you to use any name and address on the VCC you buy. If you need such VCC or having a hard time finding one, simply PM and I'll be glad to assist you.

 

Paypalvcc.com and Cliffscard.com both are scammers

Where can i buy VCC that works then ? how much does it cost ? what payment system to use ?

( i currently use Paypal, Payza, Perfect Money with small amount of balance )

 

Many Vcc provider in online just search "Paypal Vcc" in Google.

 

using vcc for verifying paypal is not a good idea, because once your account got limited, and paypal asks for scan of your card, you have nothing to send. You can use a physical visa card, If you need physical visa card or you need a verified paypal account, I can help you, for more info shoot me a pm.
