VCC is no longer usable for Paypal verification

Before people were using 2$ VCC that last for only 2 days to verify Paypal. That was possible because Paypal only test the card (when you add) with a very small amount (1c) then verify your card by charging 1.95$. Then you can enter the code and forget the card.

Recently, Paypal update their procedure and checking amount is now 1$ instead of 1c

So the 2$ VCC is no longer usable to verify Paypal account

 

Please make your talk clear more, VCC now don't activate paypal accounts ?

if paypal deducts money twice times then it gets rejected

 

I dont understand what you are talking about. Did paypal updated their terms and use as No VCC allowed?

 

VCCs were never allowed. Why would PayPal allow you to use a system which makes their verification system useless. The whole point of adding a VCC is so PayPal can confirm the address on file is real. Since a VCC is not linked to a name or address, it automatically passes AVS checks regardless of name & address used. If you test this with Entropay VCC creation, you can use it on something like Pizza Hut, put any name, any billing address & it will pass.

What the original poster is saying that the initial amount charged to the card to verify that it's in-fact active and in use is now larger than $1.95 - therefore the cards loaded with $2 to use to ensure this check passed is now no longer working. People need to buy higher value cards.

 

Your title is quite misleading.

 

Actually Paypal blacklisted some IBANs already for blacklisting vcc , and no vcc works properly with less than $4 .
But specifically usa issued vcc or AVS vcc still working fine , Except for Limited Paypals dont accept it properly

 

Now paypal accept vcc allready

VCC is no longer functional for verifying paypal. Try using US bank account

 

Even i wont advice you to use vcc for verifying paypal in case of any problem or when your account is limited paypal will ask for statement you wont be able to send them and your account will be limited

 

What if you just scanned in a copy of a real bank statement, edited it in Photoshop and sent them that, that would work wouldn't it?
