VCC going to expire

    I used VCC to verify my Paypal account a year ago. There has been no problem so far. But my profile shows that the card is going to expire on 7/2009 (July,2009). So I wonder whether there is going to be any problem after that? Are they going to ask for any card statements again?

    Any help is much appreciated. :)

    My VCC expired 4 months back, no problems so far, i remained as verified member only, not limited.

    The only problem u face is, you cannot SUBSCRIBE to any monthly auto paying programs, like subscribing to monthly hosting plans etc. Because when u subscribe to any subscriptions, you will authorize PayPal to deduct amount from CC in the forth coming months( If you don't have sufficient PP balance ). You can add another VCC also to subscribe to any subscriptions.

    If you are making one-time payments, you will not face any problems with an expired card.

    Friend there is not problem but i heard from some peoples who says they are using vcc cards but after expiry there account was limited.

    so my advice is to add another card and delete expired card.

    NO need to do anything. :)
    PayPal just needs it to verify at one time..
    After that it doesn't matters that its active or expired.

    Yes, we will stay verified only, but we cant subscribe to any monthly subscriptions, if we are doing so, we cant do it with an expired card, paypal asks for non-expired card at that time :)

    otherwise no problems

    I also used a VCC few months ago and VCC had expired. No problem o far, I never get Limited access. But you must deal with trusted persons. When you get troubles in paypal like dispute and charge back, Then it will be a big problem. As a tip, don't keep paypal account with big amount like $xxx to save your money.

    I dont think so, yesterday my account was expired, I called paypal and they told that my card has expired and I need to put new one. So thumb rule says, why take chances, VV is not a thing that is sold in $$. You can easily get in $.

    They limited my account for no reason though I was verified.

    Expired VCC is not a problem as i am also using paypal with an VCC which got expired 5 months ago..

    Yeah, no problem. My VCC was expire more than one year ago. But we can not buy domain at godaddy.com
