VCC for US Paypal

    You cannot use a VCC or even a Credit Card to verify a US Paypal account, you can only use a US bank account to do that. That pretty much is the only way of verifying such an account.

    Yes, you can get VCC, no need Bank :). VCC lifts your sending limit dude
