    VCC means virtual credit card.With this vcc we can verify paypal.

    If you dont have cc then you you can use this vcc to verify your paypal.

    Even i am using this vcc for my paypal.

    If you want i can provide vcc for you.

    I asked PayPal how can I create VCC from my own PayPal account and the customer service person reply me with, "I don't know what you mean".

    Does we really can create VCC from our PayPal account using those PayPal widgets? If yes, why did I get such answer from the PayPal representative? *sigh*

    This is ridiculous, Do you mean PayPal allows to create VCCs to cheat themselves. The people at PayPal don't have an idea what they are doing.

    No, they can be created so you can make purchases online or possibly even over the phone. You cannot add them to your account as an actual credit card.

    U can generate VCC from your Paypal account only if u r having a US paypal account, Not sure about EU/AU accounts
