But if you are using a VCC, you are scamming Paypal and you don't find that a bad thing ? The reason is because with a VCC, you are typically using someone's else identity and telling paypal that person is you. It is sort of an identity theft. Why don't you just use your own credit card and be done with it. Do it the right way so that at least you know you are honest and both paypal and the people you deal with can trust you.

Yes it is not allowed but it does not seems to stop people from selling or wanting to buy them. Those who wants it tend not be to able to read.
In many country apply CC is not easy , some of my friend verify PP using VCC after that they attach Bank Account Number and withdraw it's balance (after have at least 10$ balance) to it's bank account. If you success to withdraw it, it's mean your identity proved.
