Vcc For Paypal Verification

I am looking to use a Vcc for paypal to pay to sellers. Is it safe? Can we pay from paypal balance using vcc? I am from india.
Please let me know.

You can not pay from Paypal balance if you are from India. Looks like you are from US or using US proxy ?

 

my experience, Im never and ever touch vcc again.
vcc can be expired. and when paypal CS request your vcc number. you will not get it.. and the last your paypal account will be blocked without anyquestion. hahaha T_T

 

i had suggest you to signup on entropay and paypal if you have not signed up.

then you can pay to any seller using your vcc which entropay gives but note you need to upload funds in your vcc account which is at entropay.com

 

No need to sign up in entropay (your acccount become permanent limited in paypal). Just ask your bank for International DB with all facility.

 

Yes! Thats right entropay vcc is no longer working on PayPal. If you try this your PayPal account get Limited Permanently. So, Don't try this.

VCC is not a good solution, Once your paypal got limited, and It asks for the scan of your credit card, you have nothing to send.
the better option is to use a physical gift card,

To be banned on paypal you have to do something really stupid. Maybe login with another ip or do something suspicious.
