    Don't know about that but you can raise your MB limit thorugh address verification IMO.

    There are 3 ways you can increase your limits of MB account
    1. Verify address
    2. Verify By Credit Card
    3. Verify by a bank deposit

    I think if you verify your addres then it will give a good enough limit.It just take 4-7 days.Not a big issue.But if you need a good limit then credit card can bring it up for you.

    I find that doing the Address Verification raise your limits higher than a credit card.

    As for i know VCC will not perform MB verification, though it is usable for PP and many other. You can try on, maybe it work in your case. and tell us here as well.
