Hello (my question is very related to similar threads here, expect not to add noise, but to help many of us to find solutions) I am managing a community of web services customers and freelancers (like freelancer.com at a micro scale) Many of them are not on my country, so have been testing different ways of making payments, starting from the traditional money sending services like Western Union And the most modern Payoneer. One of our weakest point is the need for issuing (virtual or plastic) credit cards, that can be used to validate money systems like Paypal, and later allow the uninterrupted flow of money according to the work of every associate. We want to know if someone of you, located outside of US and UK can recommend a services for these particular needs. We would not, most of cases need the plastic card, but rather the virtual credit card (VCC). Pd: Actually we are preparing to apply for a payoneer partnership account, but we don’t want to make trial and error, but a flawless application. Any suggestions about that are also appreciated.
