    i think i vierified my moneybookers just by requesting verification mail where they send me a number and when i enter the number inside my moneybookers account it started to show me verified... but i am not sure if there is any other verification needed for money booker acc. like VCC or CC verification... so i will suggest you to request for mail verification fist and see what happen after you enter the number...
