vBulliton question

    when it comes to this kinda of stuff im not really thaty technical.. i just have a few questions on vBulliton.

    1) Im trying to design website which has alot of content and needs to have a live feed facility for updates etc, im not familiar with php only HTML, would i save alot of time using vBulliton for my website (example - www.diablofans.com)and is this particular kind of layout some kind of vbulliton plugin?

    2)Do you need to know alot about php to design the layout or am i better of using templates..?

    Any advice/recomendations would be much appreciated.

    for php is not requirement in vbulletin as long as you can read & understand the code..
    the best way is use a template and you can easily customize it

    1) thats a content manager for vbulletin. Its called vBadvanced CMPS

    2) ill recommend on getting a template
