I think it is, however, the site title, logo and name would have to be the same. You could not change one without changing the other.

You can use a backed up database on as many forums as you like, from there though differnt members, and posts will be made.

No, two different boards, with different settings and layout - but the users are the same!

Do you also mean the posts are the same, or just members?

    No, just the members!

Like, if you have two boards.. one for cars and the other for boats. You can be active on the cars forum, but If you happen to wanna post on the boat forum too, you won't have to register another user..

Maybe if you figured out which tables to use then you could just import the right table with all the members. I don't think you would be able to share them though without sharing everything else.

Is it possible to share members, and posts/threads? I would like to know this one, like when a member registers one forum, its also registered on the other, and when someone makes a thread, or posts, it gose to the other forum also?

    Check this: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=82780

I didn't try it, so can't really tell if it works fine (especially on 3.6).

Well, I thought about trying it, but 2 forums, 1 account, different audience targeting... That makes your email marketing a bit difficult unless you have some good software for emailing/newsletters.

    Look at: these two sites:
Im merely posting that it is possible, although Im not able to say how unless you have 7 hours...

    Forum 1
    Forum 2

The users are the same, the only reason they are off on one site is due to a mod which I have installed on one of the sites
