vBulletin Subscribe pay for warez forum?

    Hello all

    I have a warez forum.
    I want to add visa&Mastercard or bitcoin payment gateway.
    I do not have PayPal and want to work with companies providing payment gateway.

    Installed paymentwall.

    How i can solve this.
    I should click on the "Submit for review" on the account?

    Just follow the instructions? And if that doesn't work, ask the actual provider, not a random forum?
