vBulletin Smilies

    Can someone help me with understanding how to install some smilies on this damn thing?

    I'm getting:

    Warning: fopen(images/smilies/777emosarcasm.gif) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in [path]\includes\class_upload.php on line 1437

    when I try to upload one.

    I've searched online and still am not getting it.

    Getting frustrated. Can anyone gimme a lil hand here? Its SMILIES for God's sakes. I would appreciate it very much!

    You have to set proper permissions to the Smiles folder within the vbulletin folder (./images/smilies). It should be CHMOD 777. You can set this permission via any FTP client, e.g. FileZilla.

    I can't figure this out. I've had the damn thing a month and can't get it to work. Some guy here on the board helped me set it up (that I paid) and he won't get back to me.

    Can anyone help?
