I really like the ones that come with vbulletin but probably those are copyrighted. Do you know any copycats of those. Open Source of course
Depends what you intend to do wih them. I have a site with over 3000 custom smileys in 122 sets but there are restrictions on use. You can't just grab them to upload to your own smiley site or gallery, they are only for use on your own forums, or you can use the links provided to link any image to a forum post or email. Examples of some of the customs sets I've created: I also do custom requests.
